Most couples book their wedding photography about 9–12 months in advance, especially for popular wedding seasons. Dates can fill quickly, so if you already have your date and love what you see, don’t wait too long to reach out!

The most requested months are typically March, April, May, October, and November — but every love story is worth capturing, no matter the season.

Yes! To officially reserve your date, a 50% retainer is required at the time of booking. This retainer secures your date exclusively for you and allows me to begin preparing for your special day.

Please note that the retainer is non-refundable, as your date is reserved specifically for your event and I turn away other inquiries once your booking is confirmed.

The remaining balance is due before your event date or on the day of your celebration, depending on your package agreement

I photograph your memories using professional Canon equipment, including the Canon R6 Mark II and Canon R8, along with my favorite lenses that help me capture everything from intimate details to emotional moments:

24–70mm f/2.8 — perfect for storytelling, portraits, and capturing the full atmosphere of your day.

70–200mm f/4.0 — my go-to for those beautiful candid moments from a distance without interrupting the emotion.

And yes, I always have backup equipment available because your once-in-a-lifetime moments deserve to be protected. I take preparation seriously so I can focus on what matters most — capturing your story.

The short answer is no — RAW images are not included in your gallery.

RAW files are the unfinished, unprocessed files straight from the camera. Think of them like ingredients before a chef creates the final dish. They still need color correction, editing, and artistic adjustments to become the final images you see in my portfolio.

When you book with me, you’re not just receiving photos — you’re receiving my creative vision, editing style, and the finished artwork that tells your story. Each image in your gallery is carefully selected, hand-edited, and professionally polished to match the JYPIMAGES style you fell in love with.

I understand that life happens, and sometimes plans need to change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please reach out as soon as possible so we can discuss the best option.

For rescheduling, I will do my best to accommodate a new date based on my availability. Please note that changing your date does not guarantee the same photographer availability, especially during peak seasons.
